Data Retrieval and Account Creation

We will work with you and/or your data manager to ensure we utilise the best data retrieval processes for your setting. Please take a look below at our current available data retrieval and account creation options and select the best one for your school or setting.

Please ensure you are happy with our data handling processes before creating any Rockerbox accounts or sharing any information.

Option 1: Secure Spreadsheet

We will create and send you a password-protected spreadsheet for you to transfer your teacher and pupil data to. This will then need to be sent back to your School Success Manager or uploaded via a secure link.

Your School Success Manager will create your class, teacher, and pupil accounts accordingly. You will then receive access to your School Admin Portal where you can view the classes that have been created and make any final amendments.

Option 2: Wonde MIS Integration

If your school is set up with Wonde, we can request access to your data through their system. We will request ‘permission’ to view the data we need to create your Rockerbox accounts.

1. We will request access to your MIS system through Wonde. 
2. Wonde will email you directly with the access request for your authorisation.
3. Once you have authorised our access request, we will be notified and will sync your data into our platform.
4. Once we have your data and accounts created, your School Success Manager will send you a link to your School Admin Portal. You can then make any final adjustments that might be required.

Please try to ensure the information on your school MIS is as accurate and up-to-date as possible before integrating Rockerbox via Wonde.

Option 3: You Manage Account Creation

If you would prefer to manage your account creation directly, we can schedule a training session for your data manager on using your school portal where you can add classes, teachers, and pupils manually or via a CSV upload.

Option 4: Your Teachers Create Their Pupil Accounts

Once your teachers have Rockerbox accounts, they can create pupil accounts directly. It takes around 20 seconds to create a single pupil account from a teacher dashboard. We can add a section on how to do this in your orientation training at your request.
