We’re proud to partner with Widgit to bring you a 6th Rockerbox reading level (Jade level) that uses Symbols to support text. Widgit Symbols are used worldwide to support people to realise their full potential, regardless of age, ability, or background.
Widgit symbols provide powerful communication aids in a variety of contexts, including:
- Empowering pre-verbal children
- Supporting speakers of English as an additional language
- Ensuring equal access to information
- Supporting vocabulary development across the curriculum
We select 1-2 articles and the related quiz questions each week to make available with Widgit symbols at Jade reading level.
