Our first goal is to help you get fully set up within 2 weeks of you joining our community.
Preparing for your launch meeting
Your Rockerbox launch meeting will normally last 20-30 minutes. You might want to invite team members who will be taking the lead to successfully implement Rockerbox News or Rockerbox Reading Ladders in your school or setting.
Ahead of your launch meeting, please start to think about the following questions:
- Which of your team members will lead your Rockerbox implementation? These team members will become our key contacts at your school. They'll be invited to additional CPD sessions, get to try out and feedback on new features, will lead your Rockerbox News Crew (your pupil advisors), and will have the authority to request training sessions and resources for your school.
- Who in your administration or data team should we work with to get your teacher and pupil accounts set up?
- How would you like to create your accounts? Click here to see the different options available.
- What are your preferred dates and times for your initial orientation training sessions? These sessions are online as standard but can be requested as an in-person session. Please allow 30-45 minutes for your initial training session.
- When is a preferred time and date for an Impact Planning Meeting with your Rockerbox leaders and the Rockerbox team?

Introducing...your dedicated school success team
Every school and setting in our Rockerbox community has a dedicated school success team. Day to day, this team should be your first port of call for any questions that pop up. You will have their email address and direct phone number.
Your dedicated school success team will:
- Help to create and maintain your Rockerbox accounts. If you'd like, they can also train a member of your administration team on how to do this.
- Answer any technical questions about your accounts.
- Arrange your training sessions with our education team and provide the resources you need to start your Rockerbox implementation.
- Keep you updated on any new Rockerbox developments and run mini training sessions on new features or for any new team members.
- Collect your feedback and content requests to share with our programme development teams.
